Rice Network – Terms of Service

By purchasing any item, rank, or service from the Rice Network webstore, you automatically agree to all terms listed below. This agreement applies at the time of purchase and at any time these terms are updated, even after a purchase has been completed.

All Sales Are Final
ALL purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be issued under any circumstances unless regarding the unathorized purchases clause.

Item Removal Rights
Rice Network reserves the full and unrestricted right to modify, remove, reset, or revoke any purchased item, rank, perk, or service at any time, for any reason, without refund or compensation.

Bans & Rule Violations
If you are banned, muted, wiped, reset, or otherwise punished for breaking server rules, you are not eligible for any refund. This applies to both temporary and permanent punishments, regardless of purchase date or remaining time on purchased items.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Any chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal filed through PayPal, your bank, or any payment provider will result in an immediate and permanent ban from Rice Network. All purchased items will be revoked with no refund.

Unauthorized Purchases (Minors)
If a purchase was made by a minor without parental or guardian permission, the parent or guardian must contact us via email with proof of payment ownership. We may review the case at our sole discretion. Rice Network is not obligated to issue a refund.

Virtual Goods Disclaimer
All products sold are virtual goods with no real-world value. Purchased items do not guarantee permanent access and may be changed, balanced, or removed at any time.

Final Authority
Rice Network staff retains final authority on all purchases, punishments, disputes, and interpretations of these terms. Abuse of systems, loopholes, or store features will be treated as a rule violation.
